Exchanges and refunds

CONDITIONS

All requests for returns must be sent by e-mail to the following address: contact@izicop.com, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, i.e. unworn and in their original packaging, perfectly intact. They must therefore be free of any trace of wear or use. Upon receipt of the package, we will judge the condition of the returned goods. No returns will be accepted if the returned product is worn, soiled, damaged or if it is not identical to the one initially ordered.

Returned products must be sent in a shipping carton provided for this purpose. The aim is to protect your product and original packaging as much as possible so that they are not damaged during transport to our premises. If this is not the case, the return may, as explained above, be refused.

The return form that you receive by e-mail must be filled in and put in the return package. The presence of this form is essential for the rapid processing of your return. Any return received without this form or with an incomplete form may unfortunately be delayed.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

As explained above, you just need to send us your return request to the email address contact@izicop.com within 14 calendar days from the day you received the order.

To facilitate the processing of your request, here is the information you should provide when you contact us by e-mail:

  • Indicate your wish to return your order
  • Mention your order number
  • Mention the first and last name used at the time of the order

As soon as we receive this information, we will send you the return procedure by e-mail.

If the return is accepted, the refund will be made within 48 hours of receipt. This refund is made automatically to the payment method (credit card or PayPal) used at the time of the order.

In case of refusal of the return, the customer will be informed by email or telephone within 48 hours of receipt.

RETURN COSTS

  • Metropolitan France: the return costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Abroad: the return costs remain at the buyer's expense.
