Authenticity

Are the products sold on Izicop new and authentic?

All the products sold on our website are checked by our experts who ensure their authenticity. They have never been worn and are delivered in their original packaging with all accessories.

What is the authentication method?

All products come from our network of retail and professional partners located in Europe. As soon as they arrive at our premises, the products are inspected by our experts who ensure their authenticity by screening them: colours, materials, shape, size tag, accessories, smell and many other characteristics...

How can I be sure that the product I receive is authentic?

Don't worry, all orders are delivered with a certificate of authenticity so you can enjoy your sneakers and limited products without worrying!

Delivery

How do you deliver the orders?

We deliver in France and worldwide via our partner carriers Colissimo, UPS and Mondial Relay.

- Colissimo and UPS: parcels are delivered at home with signature.

- Mondial Relay: packages are delivered to the relay point of your choice.

What are the delivery costs?

- In France: delivery is free of charge (except if you choose UPS as your carrier, for which the cost is 10€).

- Abroad: delivery costs are calculated at the time of payment according to the products ordered and the country concerned.

What are the processing times?

Orders are processed within an average of 7 to 10 working days. It should be noted that this period varies according to the product ordered.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order at any time from your "My Account" area.

The status of your order remains "in process" until it is shipped. Once your product has been authenticated, we pack your order and send it via Colissimo, UPS or Mondial Relay. You will then receive an email including the tracking number of your order allowing you to follow its progress between our premises and your delivery address.

If you are not present on the day of delivery (Colissimo or UPS), you can reschedule it from the emails received from the carrier.
