The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer in the context of the sale of goods on the www.izicop.com website.

Any service provided by izicop therefore implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

ARTICLE 1 - DEFINITION OF TERMS :

Buyer: natural or legal person placing an order on the www.izicop.com website.

Seller: the company NITRAM based at 6 rue ronceraie 41000 BLOIS.

ARTICLE 2 - PRICES

The prices of the goods sold are those in force on the day the order is taken, are indicated inclusive of all charges, excluding delivery costs, and are denominated in euros.

Note: the seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, he undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.

ARTICLE 3 - DISCOUNTS

The seller may offer discounts. Temporary discounts are valid during the period indicated and may not be used outside this period under any circumstances.

ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT TERMS

The seller, through the online shop www.izicop.com, offers several means of payment to the buyer:

> Apple Pay

At the time of registration of the order, the buyer must pay the full price of the article. Otherwise, the order cannot be processed.

Note: the seller reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a previous dispute.

ARTICLE 5 - DISCOUNT

No discount will be granted for early payment.

ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY

Delivery is made to the place indicated by the buyer on the order form within a maximum period of 14 days. The delivery time indicated at the time of registration of the order is given as an indication only. Consequently, the non-respect of these deadlines does not engage the responsibility of the seller and does not give the buyer the right to claim damages.

However, in the event of a delay and therefore exceeding the indicative delivery times and as long as the order has not been dispatched, the buyer may, if he wishes, request the cancellation of the order at contact@izicop.com.

In order to benefit from free express delivery on products indicated as "48 hour EXPRESS delivery", the customer must imperatively choose DHL express delivery at the time of payment at the risk of seeing their order delayed.

The goods travel at the risk of the buyer whatever the mode of payment and the mode of transport. In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must make all necessary reservations on the order form upon receipt of the said goods.

ARTICLE 7 - FORCE MAJEURE

The seller shall not be held liable if the non-execution or delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in these general terms of sale is due to force majeure. Article 1148 of the Civil Code stipulates that a force majeure event is any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event.

ARTICLE 8 - WITHDRAWAL PERIOD, REFUND AND EXCHANGE

In accordance with French law, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify his intention to return the product(s) ordered on www.izicop.com. To make the return request, the buyer must contact the following e-mail address: contact@izicop.com. The returned products must be returned in the state received, i.e. new: in their original packaging, perfectly intact, free of all traces of wear or use. It is important to remember that no returns will be accepted if the returned product is dirty, damaged, without its original packaging or if it is not identical to the one initially ordered.

IMPORTANT: once the refund has been made on our side, it often takes a few days for the refund to appear in your account, rather than immediately. This depends on your bank.

ARTICLE 9 - DISPUTES

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general terms of sale is subject to French law.

In the absence of an amicable solution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Blois.

ARTICLE 11 - MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The seller reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions of Sale described above at any time. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale will only be applicable after their publication on this page and will only concern orders placed subsequently.
