General terms and conditions of sale

The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer in the context of the sale of goods on the www.izicop.com website.Any service provided by NITRAM via the present izicop.com site therefore implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general terms of sale.

ARTICLE 6 - PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Delivery is made to the place indicated by the buyer on the order form within a maximum period of 14 days. The delivery time indicated when the order is placed is given as an indication only. ARTICLE 7 - FORCE MAJEURE

The seller shall not be held liable if the non-performance or delay in the performance of any of its obligations described in these general terms and conditions of sale is due to force majeure. Article 1148 of the Civil Code stipulates that a force majeure event is any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event.

ARTICLE 8 - WITHDRAWAL PERIOD, REFUND AND EXCHANGE

In accordance with French law, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify his intention to return the product(s) ordered on www.izicop.com. To make the return request, the buyer must contact the following e-mail address: contact@izicop.com. The returned products must be returned in the state received, i.e. new: in their original packaging, perfectly intact, free of all traces of wear or use.
